Season Reach Briefing
A written reading of how one season, issue run, or serial block actually travelled: where it was found, where attention thinned, and which chapters people returned to.
Who this is for
The Season Reach Briefing is for people who already finished a run: a six-episode drama, a quarterly magazine, a podcast season that closed last month. It is not a plan for a title that has not aired. Commissioners at public and independent desks, series editors, and producers who must answer a board or an editorial meeting with more than a rating snapshot are the usual readers.
If you are still shooting, wait. The briefing needs the published object in front of us: the episodes as they went out, the issue as it sat on the stand, the episode titles the audience actually saw.
What the work is
We produce a written briefing of roughly twenty to thirty pages plus an annotated timeline. The timeline is a calendar of the run with notes on where the title was found (a late slot, a Saturday reprint, a festival sidebar) and where people returned or left. Charts appear only as figures that support a sentence. They are not the product.
Included: catalogue of placements you supply and those we can reasonably verify from public listings; a chapter on return visits and habitual readers or viewers; a chapter on drop-off that names episodes, pages, or segments rather than a single percentage; a reading session of ninety minutes to walk the document with your desk.
Excluded: buying advertisements, writing press releases, predicting the next season, ranking competitors as a league table, and any claim about money, wallets, or trading. Host Managercore does not hold audience funds or execute transactions of any kind.
How it is delivered
Week one is intake and catalogue. You send the run, the public schedule, and any notes you already keep. Week two is reading and pattern notes: we watch or read in the order the audience received the work, then sit with return visits. Week three is the written briefing and the reading session, held in our Tbilisi rooms or by a scheduled call if your desk is elsewhere. The Florida office address listed on the contact page is the administrative seat for correspondence.
Prepare a complete pack. Missing episode files delay the clock. We do not invent scenes that were cut after broadcast unless you include the cut as part of the published object (for example a director’s reissue).
Price basis
Season Reach Briefings start from a written estimate. A single six-episode run with a clear public schedule is the simplest case. Dual-language editions, missing masters, or a request to compare two cuts of the same season sit outside that starting point. See rates for the current starting figures and what changes an estimate.
To commission, write to contact@host-managercore.digital with the title, the dates of the run, and the language of the published object. There is no form on this site.
