What we process
This website does not include lead-generation forms. If you write to us, we process the name, email address, telephone number, and briefing details you choose to send. If you call, we process the number presented by the network and any notes needed to schedule a reading session. Server logs may include IP address, browser type, and requested pages for security and repair of the static host.
If you use the local data tracking utility on your own machine, those records remain on that machine. We do not receive the contents of that notebook through this website.
Purposes and lawful bases
We process correspondence to respond to commissioning requests and to perform a contract for a briefing. We process limited logs to keep the site available and secure (legitimate interests). Cookie preferences, if stored, follow your Accept or Reject choice as described in the cookie notice.
Retention
Commissioning emails and intake packs are kept for the duration of the engagement and for seven years thereafter where accounting or legal claims may require it under Georgian practice. Server logs are rotated on the host’s ordinary schedule, typically within ninety days. Cookie preference keys live in your browser until you clear storage.
Your rights
Subject to Georgian and, where applicable, other regional law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal data we hold, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to contact@host-managercore.digital. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia or another competent supervisory authority.
International transfers
The administrative address is in Florida. Reading work is often prepared in Georgia. Email and static hosting may be processed by providers in other countries. Where a transfer leaves Georgia, we rely on contractual clauses or other recognised safeguards with the host or mail provider, and we limit the data to what the correspondence requires.
No sale of lists
We do not sell personal data and we do not operate a newsletter signup on this site.
Children
Briefings concern published media and professional desks. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this website.
