Archive Reissue Audience Pass

A pass over a reissued catalogue, box set, or restaged serial: who met the work for the first time, who returned as a keeper of the original run, and where the new cut confused both.

Who asks for this

Rights holders and editors preparing a reissue who want the new audience named without flattening the old one.

What you can expect on the page

A reissue meets two rooms at once: people who never knew the original cut, and people who can hum the old sequence. The pass maps both, including the minutes or pages where a restored scene delights keepers and loses first-timers. Catalogue mapping in week one is slow; that is the point. We will not treat a box set as a single object if the discs were met as separate evenings.
